The Steel Tempest is the most powerful one handed weapon that currently exists in Necrotic, it is no longer obtainable but was once obtained by donating.
Only one exists in game, the current owner of the Steel Tempest is Mzxtt.
An unusual trait that the Steel Tempest has is that it gives defensive bonuses, a trait shared by the Abyssal Tentacle and the Drygore Rapier.
